Integrated Heating Rotating Kiln Facility

Our integrated heating rotating kiln is a versatile tool that enables us to process a wide range of hazardous liquid and solid waste in one facility.

Oil & Distillation Facility

These facilities convert waste oils such as waste lubricant, hydraulic, and organic oils into valuable gasoline, diesel, and base oil.

Thermal Cracking & Biogas Facility

Thermal cracking and biogas facilities facilitate efficient to convert biowastes such as oily sludge and organic waste into renewable energy sources.

Physical & Chemical Treatment Facility

These facilities utilise physical & chemical treatment to treat wastewater of colloidal particles (ion exchange, pH neutralisation, flocculants & coagulants) and disinfection.

Logistics Fleet & Servicing

5E Resources Limited operates a fleet of specialised vehicles that collect waste directly from designated pick-up points and move it to processing plants.

From light to heavy vehicles equipped specifically to load, store, and unload liquid and solid. The vehicles are equipped with global positioning system (GPS) that enables us to monitor the movements and status of all our vehicles in real-time to give planners a heads up on their operations, our logistics services are aimed at maximising the safety, efficiency, and reliability of our service offerings.

All of our vehicles and drivers are registered with the Department of Environment (DOE).

Laboratories

Precise Scientific Analysis

Our laboratories are equipped with precise scientific analytical equipment to analyse raw waste and the results of waste processing to provide objective data for our solutions development efforts.

QC Processing

We are experienced in handling a vast amount of samples regularly, and implement QC controls that include highly developed sample receiving, handling, storage, and retrieval protocols that minimise cross-contamination, mishandling, and other errors that would invalidate results data.

New Machinery Compatibility Testing

We test our machinery in a step-by-step process to ensure full compliance with the acceptable standard of safety, quality, and compatibility with wastes to be processed.

Commercial Laboratory Approval

Our laboratory is currently applying to be an accredited commercial laboratory. A part of the duties of this new laboratory will be to help customers understand their waste characteristic that is required by the regulatory body.
